Dear Phil,

It is with pleasure that I am writing you this letter to compliment you, your staff and your associate Ms. Bev Bishop. We recently used her services at the Pack Expo West Show which took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center September 26-28, 2011 and were extremely pleased.

Due to a personal conflict I was not able to arrive at the convention center within my usual set up time and utilized Metro Exhibit and Bev as my exhibitor appointed contractor. This is the first time that I have ever given the responsibility of uncrating, unpacking and placing my equipment within a booth without being present and have always been hesitant to do so. Bev did an absolutely perfect job with all the tasks that I asked of her and even some that I did not request. She confirmed that everything arrived in the booth in a timely manner and that all utilities and items ordered through the show contractor where there and placed properly. She also placed everything exactly where indicated, made sure that booth and crates were properly taken care of and kept in communication with me so I knew what was going on and that all was taken care of. Bev was also there to meet me when I arrived at the show to assist in anything that I needed last minute and also at closing to assist in the breakdown of the machinery and booth and to ensure that everything was returned to our head office in a timely manner.

Too often we only hear when things do not work properly, in this case I wanted to let you know that everything went as well as we could have hoped and better than we could have expected. I would have no hesitation in using Metro Exhibits or Bev again for any future trade show or for recommending you, your staff and Bev to anyone I know.
